Threshold Ramps

American Access offers three types of threshold ramps to help our customers mobility including aluminum, rubber and plastic.

The two aluminum threshold ramps American Access offers are the Hero and the Big Lug.

The Hero offers you a threshold ramp with the MOST usable surface space and a safer incline than any ramp in a comparable design.  The Hero’s ramp surface on a 6″ rise provides over 25% more under your chair.

The Big Lug ramp was designed to provide a full 42 inches of width in front of a doorway.

Our rubber threshold ramp is the EZ Edge which  was the first patented SafePath ™ product and has been solving transition problems for the last 12 years for the architectural door and hardware industry.  EZ Edge ™ ramps are most often used for door threshold, entry way, or any path of travel transitions.

The plastic threshold ramp American Access offers is the Big Horn which uses advanced recycled plastic technology offering the newest in safe light-weight residential threshold transitions with heavy load capabilities.
