How can I save money by making some simple site preparation adjustments?
When you order your portable modular building, make sure your set up crew understands to keep the threshold under 30″ off the ground. By doing this you will eliminate the need for extra platform landings in order to keep within ADA requirements. Most states will also allow your system to be equipped with standard 2-line ADA handrails as apposed to the 4″ on center picket railing if you are under 30″ at the threshold. Both of these adjustments means a substantial cost savings to you.
